Repairs
Please Note: We are only able to repair Faber-Castell items. If you have another manufacturer's item, we are not able to assist you with your request.

If you are experiencing a problem with your Faber-Castell writing instrument or item that you have not been able to solve by visiting the FAQ section, please send the item to us so that we may examine the problem.

If the item is found faulty and within warranty guidelines (please see Warranty Information for details) the faulty part or in some cases the item will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you. If the problem is not covered under warranty there may be a repair charge associated with your request. If this is the case, we will contact you at that time with the details.

Please send the item in secure packaging in order to prevent further damage during the shipping process. Please empty all fountain pens of ink prior to shipping.

Please do not include any personal packaging that you would want returned. It is recommended to send your package in a traceable fashion. Faber-Castell is not responsible for items lost or damaged prior to receipt. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.

Your item will be cared for while in our possession. Our goal is to return the item to you quickly so that you may continue to enjoy your fine quality item.
