(Cleveland, OH)  Faber-Castell announces a new Creative Studio kit for crafters and aspiring artists to explore the art of mixed media:  Getting Started Mixed Media & Collage.  This kit includes fully illustrated instruction cards and enough materials so you can get started creating unique masterpieces.  Tap into the trend of recycling and repurposing by adding found objects to your projects in meaningful ways.    

Getting Started Mixed Media & Collage includes 2 Art GRIP Aquarelle Pencils and 1 PITT artist brush pen, plus 20 sheets of paper in original designs and trendy prints, gesso, lace, stamps and a stamp pad to use collage techniques to create artist trading cards and other projects to preserve special memories and artwork inspired by your dreams and imagination.  There are 3 – 2 ½” x 3 ½” size greyboard surfaces to use as the background for the artist trading cards, plus two 4” x 6” greyboard surfaces and two 6” x 8” greyboard surfaces to use for larger pieces.    

This kit has a suggested retail price of $29.95.
