How many leads can I insert into the E-Motion Pencil at a time?

The Design E-motion Pencil accepts one lead at a time. Additional/spare leads may be stored in the chambers to the side under the tip.

What size lead does the BASIC Mechanical Pencils use?

The Design BASIC Mechanical Pencil accepts 0.7mm lead

What size lead does the E-Motion Propelling Pencil use?

The Design E-motion Propelling Pencils accept 1.4mm lead.

Will another size lead other than 1.4mm fit in my E-Motion Pencil?

The Design E-Motion Pencil will only accept 1.4mm leads.

Why will the cap to my E-Motion Fountain/Rollerball Pen not post on the back end of the pen?

The E-Motion Fountain and Rolleball Pens were not designed to post. Due to the conical shape of the barrel, the cap will not post 100% of the time. All other Graf von Faber-Castell, Faber-Castell Design and Porsche Design Fountain and Rollerball Pens will post. The E-Motion is the exception.

Does the Black Ambition Fountain Pen come with a converter?

No the black version does not come with a converter when purchased. An ink cartridge comes inside the barrel. It is held in place by an empty cartridge and will need to be inserted into the feed of the nib to begin writing. There is a spare converter available to purchase in the refill section. Can I use 0.5mm leads in my Metal Multifunction and Metal IT Multifunction Pen?

The Design Metal Multifunction will not accept 0.5mm. It only accepts 0.7mm.

What is the UFO Eraser made of?

The Design UFO Eraser is made of PVC-free plastic.

What size/color refill comes with the E-Motion Ballpoint Pen?

The Design E-motion Ballpoint Pens come with a black, B = Broad tip refill when purchased. M = Medium refills are also available for purchase. Ballpoint refills are available in black or blue ink. Please click on products, refills for this information.

What is the wood barrel on the BASIC Ballpoint Pen and Mechanical Pencil made from?
