Dear Valued Faber-Castell Consumers, Business Partners and Friends,
Faber-Castell USA continues to monitor our business during these challenging, changing, uncertain and unprecedented times.
Due to the Ohio Governor’s Stay at Home Order revised on 4/2/2020, we have closed our daily operations which directly impacts our shipping and receiving capabilities. This order affects all Ohio residents and all Ohio “Non-essential” businesses. It is like those seen in other states (e.g. Illinois, New York, California) though the name may be different.
We are all feeling it. We are all in this together. Our overall plan can be described in a single word: Support.
The focus on support is an extension of Our Why and Our Mission to “Enrich Lives Through Creativity and Self-Expression”. There are many lives that need “enriching” during these times.
Our support begins by doing all we can to keep our employees and their families safe and healthy. We will continue to operate all parts of our business that we can sustain remotely by continuing to have employees (who are able) to work from home. In this way, we look forward to supporting consumers and business partners in any way that we can --- we are here for you.
We are supporting consumers --- parents, children, creatives, seniors, educators by making free content available to them to ease the anxiety and burden they may be facing. Our online shop is up and running, however orders are currently delayed until further notice. Please continue to place your order and we will get it shipped as soon as we can. During this time, many of our Retail Partners are still shipping Faber-Castell Brand products. Please check with your local retailer, their websites or websites you are familiar with for product availability and shipping information.
Repair services for our Premium Writing Business is currently suspended. Please refrain from sending repair shipments directly to Faber-Castell USA. Assessments will not resume until our employees are back in the office and processing at full speed.
We are supporting our retail and business partners by extending promotional programs, rescheduling orders, and reviewing payment terms for existing and incoming orders. Please contact our Sales Service Team with any business support questions or requirements at email@example.com.
