Crayon Leaf Print Artwork Tutorial

It’s time to ‘leaf’ the house and go exploring! There are so many fun and interesting leaf shapes all around your garden. How many can you find?
Time: 20 minutes
Recommended Art Materials:
Leaves from your lawn
Paper
With adult help: laminator, magnets, and hot glue gun

Step 1:
Collect some leaves from the garden. Look for interesting shapes and veins on your leaves!

Step 2:
Take your leaves inside and place them underneath a sheet of paper. Use Easy Grasp Bulb Crayons to colour over the paper to reveal some beautiful leaf prints!

Step 3:
Grab an adult to help you carefully cut around each leaf and laminate. They can help you add a magnet to the back using a hot glue gun and stick them to your fridge!
Big Thinkers:
Leaves come in all shapes and sizes—but also in different colors! Collect colors too and learn why some are brown, orange, yellow or green.
Skill Development:
Fine Motor Skills: Keeping leaves in place and colouring with care builds control and accuracy.
