Student Name Tags with Faber-Castell Gelatos®

Everybody is always talking about teacher gifts, but what about fun things for teachers to do WITH their students? Here’s a fun, simple name tag to do with your kids, just in time for school starting. 

Take some heavyweight mixed media paper and some Faber-Castell Gelatos®. I used Limoncello and Orange Soda, but feel free to use whatever colors you like! Scribble those babies all over your paper. 

Now, this is my FAVORITE way to blend Gelatos since it keeps the colors so vibrant and doesn’t dilute them very much. Take a baby wipe (or makeup wipe, or flushable wipe. Some sort of wet wipe), and gently start rubbing until your colors blend. 

Use the 1.5 Fineliner Pitt Artist Pen® and write “hello my name is...” and then the big black brush for your students to write their names!
