Homemade Thank You Card Watercolor Tutorial
Recommended Art Materials:
Fold your paper to create a card of your chosen size. Mine is about 5x7 inches. Lightly sketch a wreath of Ginkgo leaves using Goldfaber Graphite Sketch 6B Pencil.
Color the leaves with the watercolor shades #104 Light Yellow Glaze, #107 Cadmium Yellow, #108 Dark Cadmium Yellow and #109 Dark Chrome Yellow.
Paint the background with a blend of watercolor shades #234 Cold Grey V and #199 Black.
Add details to the leaves and fill up any missed spots in the composition with more watercolor.
Hand letter the ‘Thank You’ with watercolor #250 Gold to finish. Whether you are creating multicultural seasonal greetings or universal sentiments, the range of Faber-Castell Watercolor Pans can open up infinite possibilities!
