One of the biggest misconceptions of keeping a gratitude list is that it needs to be a monumental important event or act for it to be worthy of recording in your journal. I strongly believe that gratitude is much better practiced on a smaller scale. Whether it's the weather, a warm blanket, or even a smile from a stranger - we have so much to be grateful for if we decide to look!
Here, I've shown you 3 different ways you can create your own gratitude list. All 3 options are able to be customized for the type of gratitude you would like to record.
